Finely carved Chippendale style rococo side chair with a crested serpentine top rail above a pierced splat with floral decoration and a gothic quatrefoil. Deep gadrooned rails around a neutrally upholstered seat in COM set on straight panelled legs with running garlands. After an original of c.1770.
